We have unique conditions for production, trial assembly and testing with our 1407m² clean room capacities, in which we can process and clean components weighing up to 50 tons under up to ISO 5 conditions. Our skills extend from the creation of concepts for smaller sub-processes to the planning and implementation of entire vacuum systems.

Our modular S-CUBE chambers are able to adapt perfectly to the different challenges of our customers. With the S-CUBE web-based configurator we offer our customers an easy way to configure a vacuum chamber according to their needs with just a few clicks. Of course, our employees can provide support and are happy to customise your end product.

In close coordination with our end customers, we manufacture chambers that are used, for vacuum coating in the high-performance electron beam process and thermal evaporation systems, among other things. In addition, they are also used in the vacuum heat treatment of metallic materials and for electron beam welding.
