Our range of services extends from concept creation through design and manufacturing to assembly and commissioning. Highly pure components and chambers are required for high-precision processes, e.g. in the semiconductor, laser and space industries. We have unique conditions for production, trial assembly and testing with our 1407m² clean room capacities, in which we can process and clean components weighing up to 50 tons under up to ISO 5 conditions. Our skills extend from the creation of concepts for smaller sub-processes to the planning and implementation of entire vacuum systems.

In close coordination with our end customers, we manufacture chambers that are used, for vacuum coating in the high-performance electron beam process and thermal evaporation systems, among other things. In addition, they are also used in the vacuum heat treatment of metallic materials and for electron beam welding.
